We were there for some official purpose and stayed there for almost 7 days. The hotel offered rooms of varied tarriff ranges. It is a budget friendly hotel and the services and extremely good. The food offered by the hotel is a bit pricey but each item was delicious. The staff provide you with adequate information whenever requested. Room service was provided everyday. Hotel is very near to the Ridge and mall road. Rates are ok and food is tasty but little bit costly. Rooms are clean and full of mirrors. Entrance is good and you can drive vehicle upto hotel but expertise are required.

1. It took more than enough time at the reception when we arrived. Room distribution was not done properly. 2. Our room was nice. But there were lots of mirrors in the room. It was creepy. 3. The toilet light was not working. I told about it at the reception, my friends also told them. But it wasn't fixed.

The rooms were not clean. Towels provided were of bad quality and the staff was poorly behaved. Parking was not a proper parking and you had to wait for others to take out their vehicle for you to do the same. Overall not recommended for stay with family.

I'm writing this review while sitting in their hotel. Staff is rude and hotel location is pathetic. These people claim on their website that the hotel is near to mall road but believe me, it is quiet a distance. Rooms are stinking and there is no view in most of the rooms. The strange thing is that they are after your life to deposit your car keys at the reception, even though, your car is properly parked without disturbing any other vehicle.
